The Optimal Operation and Dispatch of Commerce Air-Conditioning System by Considering Demand Response Strategies

The purpose of this paper is to discuss an optimal operation and schedule commerce air-conditioning system by considering the demand response in order obtain maximal benefit; first collects operating data chiller units commercial users, calculates cooling load each unit, derives relationship between loads power consumption unit. weather information, such as temperature humidity inside/outside, are collected EXECL database, mall’s space simulated using Least Square Support Vector Machine (LSSVM). Under selected plan reduction, requirement loads, various constraints, dispatch model with strategies formulated minimize total cost. A Modify Particle Swarm Optimization Time-Varying Acceleration Coefficients (MPSO-TVAC) proposed solve daily economic system. In MPSO-TVAC procedure, dynamic control parameters embedded particle swarm PSO-TVAC improve behavior patterns increase its search efficiency high dimensions. Different modifications moving feasible more effectively. By MPSO-TVAC, it provides mechanism for variables regulated performing look probability solution. Simulation results also provide efficient method users reduce their electricity bills raise ability market’s competition.
